Partner With Us: Empowering Students Beyond Year 12

A Future‑Focused Program Designed for Schools

Beyond Year 12 gives schools a powerful, structured way to support students as they transition from secondary education into meaningful, confident futures. Our five‑step framework helps students build clarity, purpose, and direction — and we make it easy for schools to integrate the program into their existing career development offerings.

We partner with schools in three key ways to maximise student engagement and outcomes.

1. Attendance at Career Days

Our presence at your school’s career events brings energy, expertise, and real‑world relevance.

What this offers your school:

  • Engaging presentations that inspire students to think beyond traditional pathways

  • Interactive activities that help students explore their strengths and interests

  • On‑the‑spot guidance for students who feel unsure or overwhelmed

  • A memorable experience that sparks curiosity and future‑focused thinking

Career days become more than information sessions — they become catalysts for student transformation.

3. Integration Into Career Advisor Programs

We work directly with your career advisors to embed programs into your school’s existing support structure.

This includes:

  • Program resources aligned with your school’s curriculum and goals

  • Step‑by‑step student workbooks that guide personal discovery and planning

  • Training for advisors to deliver the program with confidence

  • Flexible delivery options — in‑class, small groups, or self‑paced

The result:

A seamless, scalable system that helps every student build a personalised pathway — from vision, to identity, to action.

2. Speaking Opportunities

Ideal for:

  • Assemblies

  • Year‑level meetings

  • Student leadership programs

What students gain:

  • A deeper understanding of who they are and what drives them

  • Motivation to take ownership of their future

  • Practical tools to navigate uncertainty with confidence

These sessions are crafted to be relatable, inspiring, and actionable — leaving students with clarity and momentum.

  • “The course helped me discover my new passion.”

  • “Great content, easy to understand, fantastic worksheets.”

    —Katie S

  • “I love this idea!! A lot of teachers encourage us to think about our future and setting goals, in fact, we have a program in our school for it. However, the activities are very extensive, repetitive, and boring. They force us to write what the teachers want to hear, they’re just another systematic workshop. I really love your program because the information is quick, which keeps us engaged, and the activities are fun and quick. I’ll definitely be telling my friends about this.”

    —Tahni E

  • "This program is really good for new school leavers and people that need assistance in direction. The activities are short and easy to complete. It helped me discover new career opportunities."

Cellina L - Founder & Lead Coach, Beyond Year 12

With a career spanning more than 25 years, including over 12 years in Senior Management and extensive experience in Human Resources, I have dedicated my professional life to developing high‑performing, award‑winning teams and coaching individuals at every stage of their journey. My work with high‑school graduates, emerging leaders, and mid‑career professionals has given me a deep understanding of the skills, behaviours, and mindsets that drive long‑term success.

As the founder and lead coach of Beyond Year 12, I bring a strategic, evidence‑based approach to supporting young people as they transition from secondary school into adulthood. I am committed to challenging traditional thinking, innovating career‑readiness practices, and equipping students with the clarity and confidence they need to thrive in an increasingly complex world.

In addition to my corporate background, I am also an accomplished pageant titleholder, an experience that strengthened my public speaking, leadership, and advocacy skills. This work has allowed me to represent community values on national stages and model confidence, resilience, and purpose‑driven ambition — qualities I now help young people develop for themselves.

I am a Professional (MAHRI) Member of the Australian HR Institute and a qualified Mental Health First Aider, ensuring that wellbeing, psychological safety, and professional integrity underpin every aspect of the program. Known for my collaborative style, I value feedback, continuous improvement, and strong partnerships with educators and career advisors.

My goal is to provide schools with a structured, future‑focused program that enhances student readiness, strengthens career development outcomes, and supports the broader wellbeing of young people as they prepare for life beyond Year 12.
